WNBP Contests: Material Terms for contest entries On-air and On-line
To enter a random-caller contest, call the station contest line at 978-462-WNBP (9627) when instructed on-air by the cue to call. Due to delays in the WNBP streaming transmission, listeners to the WNBP online stream may not be able to participate in any WNBP conducted on-air contests.
To win the contest, be the designated number caller. You may also be asked to correctly answer a trivia question as a condition of winning, in which case the question will be announced on-air at the same time the cue to call in is given.
To enter an online contest, log on to www.wnbp.com and go to the CONTEST page. Complete the required information on the online entry form, such as full name, complete address, phone number, and date of birth and submit your entry. You may be asked to correctly answer one or more trivia questions as a condition of winning.
Winners of online contests will be selected at the conclusion of the contest in a random drawing of all entries received by the entry deadline, the dates of which will be specified on the online entry form. WNBP reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
No purchase necessary to enter a WNBP contest and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All prizes must be claimed within 45 days of winning or will be forfeited by the winner. Contests are open to all WNBP listeners 18 years of age or older, who reside in that state of MA, NH or RI. Employees of WNBP, its licensee and corporate parents, affiliated entities and advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Boston or Portsmouth metropolitan area and the members of their families are ineligible to participate or win.
Listeners are able to win a WNBP contest only once every thirty (30) days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any station contest.
Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six (6) months.
Decisions of station management with respect to the contests are final.
